Important Information Regarding Your Appointment & COVID-19 Safety Protocols
The North Pole Picture Co. is committed to the safety of its guests and to reducing the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We are ensuring all protocols and guidelines issued by public health and government authorities are followed at the sites we operate.
The North Pole Picture Co. is a mask-friendly environment. If you or any member of your party feels more comfortable wearing a mask while in our studio, we welcome you to do so.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the check-in process, prior to entering the photography and retail space.
On the day of your photo session, if you or anyone in your party is experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 (including runny nose, sore throat, cough and/or fever), please stay home. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.
If you or anyone in your party has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days, please let us know and we’d be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.
For the safety of all our guests and staff, we cannot allow anyone experiencing symptoms into the our photography or retail space. We will be happy to welcome you back when it is safe to do so!
