BY MAKING A RESERVATION YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW
Vancouver Photobooth Inc., doing business as The North Pole Picture Co.,
(hereafter referred to as “VPI” or the “Company”) provides visits with Santa
and holiday photos under the following terms and conditions:
Cut-off Time for Reschedule/Cancellation. Reservations can be cancelled
or rescheduled up to twelve (12) hours before the reservation time (the “cut-off
time”). Any reservations not rescheduled or cancelled before the “cut-off time”
are considered confirmed and any reservation fees paid will no longer be
refundable.
Reservation Reschedule/Cancellation Process. Use the “Cancel /
Reschedule Your Appointment” button or link in your reservation confirmation
email to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Appointment spaces are
limited, as such there is no guarantee that there will be a spot available for a
reschedule of your appointment.
Arrival Time. Guests must arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time
with all members of their party present, to complete the check-in process.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows. VPI will be unable to serve you if all members of
your party have not completed the checked-in onsite before the time listed on
your reservation confirmation. In the event of late arrival or a no-show for a
reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Photography Consent & Copywrite. You agree that you are giving VPI
permission and consent to take photographs of all members of your party and
that VPI owns the copywrite to such photographs. You may purchase copies
of these photographs, in digital or print form, on the date the photographs are
taken and at the prices publicly listed at the site where the photographs are taken.
However, your purchase of any print or digital photographs is for personal use only, and you do not have the right resell these photographs in
any form or use them for commercial purposes.
Personal Information & Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have read and agree to VPI’s Privacy Policy as published at www.northpolepictureco.com/privacy , and authorize VPI to collect,
maintain and use your personal information under the terms and conditions
outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Electronic Communications & Email. If you purchase digital copies of
photographs, you agree that VPI will provide you with the digital files at the
email address you provide and you acknowledge that the security, integrity
and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and
the Company through email cannot be guaranteed; and any such information
and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.
